About
The Hero Smile Kit Program is a partnership between Lakes Area Heroes and Smiles for Jake, created to support the mental health and well-being of first responders in our communities.
This initiative is built on the belief that the individuals who serve our communities deserve the same care and support they provide to others every day.
The kits deliver encouragement, mental health resources, and a reminder that no first responder is ever alone in the work they do.
Each Hero Smile Kit includes:
Snacks
Coffee
Water bottle
Handwritten notes of encouragement
Mental health resource materials
